Yes, we can provide you with as many references as you would like. Please ask anytime. We want you to have peace of mind when using Simply Pets.

What do I need to prepare for the meet and greet?

All we need for you to do before the meet and greet is to gather information (if needed) to fill out our "new client packet" which we will bring with us to the meet and greet. The packet has information on the pet(s), home, and includes your contact information. Also, have a form of entry to your home ready for us.

What is your privacy policy?

We keep all client information private and confidential. We never voice the fact that you are out of town or away to anyone. However, we suggest you inform a neighbor that Simply Pets will be takiing care of your pet(s) while you are away. Also, if you chose to have us keep your key, we label them with our own special code that cannot be interpreted by anyone else.

How far in advance should I schedule service?

We generally recommend 2 weeks notice with vacations. If you are a new client, we must complete a meet and greet with you prior to service, please plan accordingly. If you need daily visits or it is an emergency, we accomadate as best we can.

Do you charge a holiday fee?

Yes, for holidays there is an extra $3/visit added on to your bill. However, if it is a holiday weekend, you are only charged on the actual date the holiday occurs.

How long does a visit last?

There is no time limit on any given visit. Basically however long it takes to complete all that is asked by the owner is the amount of time we spend. Most of the time, we are there for 20-30 min. If you are using a quick visit, the visit usually lasts around 10-15 min. Sometimes, more active dogs need more exercise so that visit may last longer than 30 min, it all depends.

Do you provide services for livestock, horses, reptiles and birds?

Currently, we do not provide service for livestock or horses. We do however take on clients with reptiles and birds.

Can I check in with you while I am away?

Definetly. We ask in our client packet how often you would like us to let you know how it is going. Obviously, if there is a problem we will contact you or an emergency contact you have provided. We can update you via email, text or phone.

Can you administer medication?

Yes, we can give medication orally and also by injection. We ask you show us your procedure during your meet and greet. If a medication changes over time or one is added temporarily or permanetly, be sure to inform us.

How do you discipline my pet?

We always use positive reinforcement when disciplining your pet. We will never use force of any kind. If there is a certain way you would like us to handle your pet, please let us know.

What if I run out of supplies while I am gone?

No problem. We will go purchase any product you need for the pet while you are gone. The price of the product plus a $10.00 service fee is charged.
